Agile PMP® Training

Description

“Agile PMP” Program – What is it?
Welcome to “Agile PMP – PMBOK with AgileBOK” Program, a program which covers PMBOK with Agile methodologies in a structured way, which we call AgileBOK or Agile Body of Knowledge. The traditional PMP program is based on PMI’s PMBOK or Project Management Body of Knowledge, whereas the Agile PMP program is a combination of PMBOK and AgileBOK.

The New Agile World
Today’s professional world is not solely traditional driven following PMBOK principles; rather,Agile methodologies have been embraced by many. Also many industries have been moving from the traditional management framework as espoused primarily by PMBOK, towards an Agile based management.

The “Agile PMP” Program helps in three major ways.

  1. It is suitable for professionals who want to get certified in both PMI-PMP and PMI-ACP.
  2. PMBOK® does not prepare someone coming from a Traditional background to adapt to an Agile based management. The transition is not easy, unless one understands the intricacies of an Agile based framework, and “Agile PMP” program helps with this.
  3. There are professionals in the traditional management world who want to know more about Agile principles and where they can apply them.
Agile practitioners claim that in various industries, Agile approaches are tailored to their needs. How is this done? Agile PMP program helps you to understand how this is done.
